The space
The efficiency is above 512 Coffee and Ice Cream. 512 is a place to meet, chat, and tell story, have a cup of coffee and much more. This unique venue is housed within a 19th Century renovated home boasting many of its original amenities and architectural details with an eclectic decor. Stop in on your way out in the morning for your favorite Java or tea along with a pastry or avocado toast. When you get back later that night ice cream treats will be waiting for you to purchase from cones and milkshakes to banana splits and the shop specialty an affogato! In case you didn’t know an affogato is a scoop of vanilla ice cream with two shots of espresso poured on top of it.
Guest access
The covered back porch along with the outdoor seating in the yard are always open and available for our guests to sit and chat. Stop inside the coffee shop where you’ll find many varieties of coffee and tea drinks and a wide selection of Kerber’s homemade ice cream. Relax in the lounge or reserve the Shakespeare Macbeth Room for a private party.
Other things to note
The entry from the outside into the main stairwell that leads to the rental units is monitored by the Coffee Shop security system. When it’s time to take out the trash just bring it downstairs and leave It in the hall near the basement door. We will pick it up in the morning and place
